Rotary Forged

The TSW Variante is the first lip wheel design from TSW to utilize our double Rotary Forging manufacturing process. The thin split 5-spoke configuration pays homage to our popular Mirabeau wheel design with an updated emphasis on performance. The wheel spoke contouring gives the TSW Variante a sharp, modern look. In addition to the spoke accents, the large open windows allow for maximum brake cooling and shows the performance brakes on your vehicle. Standard finish for the Variante is Gloss Black with a Machined Lip. Fitments are exclusive for 5x112 wheels, 5x114.3 wheels, and 5x120 wheels.

The Variante Rotary Forged® Wheel is manufactured using a highly advanced production technique called Rotary Forging. The rim of the wheels is forged at high pressure while the wheel is spun at high speed. This alters the molecular structure and enhances the strength of the alloy. The benefit is a much lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. Most importantly, the weight saving is in the outer rim of the wheel which dramatically reduces rotational mass and enhances vehicle performance.
