Tire & Wheel Installer/Technician
WSI is seeking a reliable and hardworking tire & wheel installer/technician for a full-time position with benefits.
Need availability between 7am & 6pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Typical work week ranges between 40-45 hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Removing/installing tires & wheels on vehicles using floor jacks and hand tools
- Touchless mounting/dismounting wheels & tires
- Hunter Road Force balancing
- Diagnosing/troubleshooting problems
- TPMS systems service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Some minor fabrication
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude - Important!
- Attention to detail
- Cleanliness
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis throughout the day
- Operate tire shop equipment and related tools
- Read and understand part numbers and paperwork, etc
- Deal with the heat and the cold
- Clean DMV record a plus
- Leadership and supervisory skills a big plus!

WSI is seeking a dedicated, hard worker with extensive knowledge in the automotive industry and sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain high volume of emails and calls
- Process and follow through with orders
- Ensure shipment processing
- Create and maintain relationships with customers and staff
- Interact with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of wheel fitments, offsets and bolt patterns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Basic understanding of MS Windows and Office
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Formal training and/or certifications are a plus
- English required - bilingual is a plus
